Our Customer Care team will contact you within 10-15 working days to arrange delivery and installation of your Bhawna Furniture house product. An email will be sent to customer for order confirmation with tentative delivery timelines and installation support.  Bhawna Furniture house products are sold inclusive of G.S.T or local taxes as geographically relevant.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

We will unload the items and deliver the orders your specified address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Bhawna Furniture house reserves the right to refuse delivery to inaccessible locations and addresses without service lifts.

Deliveries will only be made to the one specified address inputted by you at the time of purchase. Change of delivery address can only be made via email to our Customer Care team not less than three days before the scheduled delivery date. At this moment, we are only able to serve Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR,  Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune addresses. 

INSTALLATION

Should your purchase require installation, our installation agent will assemble your product. Only our installation agents are allowed to assemble your Bhawna Furniture house product. Should assembly be done by you or unauthorize installer, this would void the warranty.

Please ensure sufficient and safe space is provided to assemble and place the product. If power is needed, please ensure that access to power is provided for the product to work safely. Our installation team will not assemble the product should they find the space insufficient and unsafe for assembly and use. 

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SCHEDULES

Bhawna Furniture house reserves the right to change an order delivery/installation date if the appropriate services are not available. Variance in international shipping times may impact final delivery dates. You will be notified of the change should this occur.

Stated lead times are indicative and may change depending on stock and production capacity. Bhawna Furniture house will not be held liable for any delays, change of delivery time or non-delivery for causes beyond its control.

Bhawna Furniture house reserve the right to charge an additional fee should we incur additional costs or expenses in circumstances (but not limited to) such as:  

Unwarranted waiting time to accept delivery and/or affects our other scheduled deliveries

Your failure to take or accept delivery on the scheduled delivery date.

Rescheduling delivery after failed attempt to deliver

Delivery address is not easily accessible or no legal unloading areas within 50 meters of the building

DELAY IN SHIPPING Due to the high volume of orders, we are experiencing slight delays with our shipments. Please expect a delay of 20 – 25 working days before it reaches you.  We apologize for the inconvenience caused and are working to fulfil each and every order in a timely fashion.

EXCEPTIONAL SITUATIONS

Bhawna Furniture house will not be held liable for delivery changes due to acts of god. No delivery will be made during severe weather warning. Our Customer Care team will reschedule the delivery at the next best available date.

If you believe you received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
